By virtue of participation in the “Little Miss”, “Little Mister”, “Junior Miss”, “Junior Mister”, and “BABY” AFRAM Pageant,
parent/guardian agrees to allow Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival, Inc. the right to use his/her child's name, likeness,
voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future.
Parent/guardian
understands that the minor's name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the internet, in
print advertising, press releases, and video, related to the Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival and AFRAM Pageants.
Parent/guardian agrees to release Eastern Shore AFRAM Festival, Inc. and its assigns from liability for any injury
resulting from publicity and promotion. Parent/guardian agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of minor's
name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.
